After harvesting rice, a large amount of natural byproduct remains. Rice husk, which is the outer protective layer of the grain, is often discarded or burned. Instead of allowing this material to go to waste, Earth Wing gives it a second life.
Rice husk is carefully processed and transformed into durable, biodegradable plates. Proudly made in India, these plates are designed to be strong enough for everyday use while remaining completely environmentally responsible.
After use, Earth Wing plates naturally break down. Instead of becoming landfill waste, they return to the soil where they can contribute back to the ecosystem. The biodegradable material can support soil health and may be repurposed as manure, or even fertiliser.
